Heard about a problem of switching-off of servers from for Spam/Porno on RackShack.
If I am going Bisness Hosting, I can not guarantee full absence of it.

Whether it is possible will agree with RackShack that they before to disconnect my server have informed me, and I have disconnected a site which has created this problem.

Compose a query asking Rackshack directly if they will do this to you.

This is a direct query for them, or look at their TOS/AUP

Most likely they will give you the boot. But spam is pretty easy to get rid of, you cannot get rid of all of it but most of it. And by getting rid of 95% of the spam it won't cause a problem to anyone. And if they have a problem with Porno that is just lame. If you need help just let me know!
