Hi, saw this in The Times and I thought it worth a mention

Rackspace have been named as 6th in their Top 100 Small Companies to Work For. This seems to be an excellent achievement, and provides smaller webhosts with something to aim for. One of the impressive stats was that 91% of their staff said they loved their job and another was that an amazing 70% of their 99 staff said that it was their dream job.

Fantastic work by Rackspace UK and it's good to see how competitive services and a happy workforce can be achieved together. Also a boost to the hosting industry itself, as people will surely take note of Rackspace's success and what they do.

Of course I know Rackspace is a premium high end host with managed hosting rather than the average shared or reseller host, but they are still setting an excellent example for us all to follow.

Well done Rackspace!

This may sound ignorant, but does this apply to Rackspace internationally or specifically Rackspace UK?

Its Rackspace UK, because I saw it in the UK Times. It was about their two offices over here and the employees living here, so I guess it doesnt apply to Rackspace as a whole.

Still, if they can do that here they can do it in other countries too, I guess.

And no, its not a silly question. I dont actually know about their reputations in other countries, but I bet its good. Am I right?

....trust me its not just marketing crap, its 100% true! (one happy Racker here!)

Its a cool and fun place to work, everyone works VERY hard but the rewards are worth it!
