I have been looking for free screen recording software but cannot find any that doesnt have a banner at the top of what you have recorded (because its free).

Does anyone know of any and one that allows custom size recording.

There is a free software that allows this with no banners! I believe its called ScreenFlash. I'm not completely sure as to there site URL, but if you do a Google for Screen Flash you should find them quickly :).
