It has been a long day today with a lot of support. My last call of the day was a guy trying to set up formmail. (I know, I know, we will change to something more secure soon).
As it happens we have a page on our site which takes the client through step by step setting formmail up. All the bits they need to change are highlighted in red, it's soooooo easy.
After spending 30 minutes on the phone I feel we are finally getting somewhere when he drops this clanger. He's looking at a line in our example form;
<input type=hidden name="subject" value="WHATEVER SUBJECT YOU WANT">
He asks me, "what do I put in that line??" :eek:
Thank god it's Friday.
