We currently have an account with BluePay.com an authorized reseller of onlinedatacorp.com

I just found out today they've been holding $11,000 hostage without even so much as informing us.

Now apparently a large order we had from the Russian Federation raised some red flags with them.

Now, is this legal? Is this ethical?

I wouldn't mind so much if they had bothered to NOTIFY ME two weeks ago. The only thing I got was a call from one of their agents wanting to schedule a time to talk. So we scheduled for 1 hour later as I was busy at the time.

I got a call a 168 hours/1 week later...

I don't know if this was an oversight on onlinedatacorp's part or bluepay's part in not informing me, but I can understand the simple mistake being made. Just hope they are more careful in the future.

I am on the phone with Charles @ onlinedatacorp and hopefully we can get this resolved.

NOTE: If this is resolved I will of course request the title to be changed to negate any future negative PR that would arise from this. I hate seeing titles that don't reflect the resolution.

I am not sure but I would believe Homeland Security could have something to do with this. Meaning if your transaction is over XXXX.XX amount of dollars they must be notified andthe funds are not released without approval from them first.

That would be my first guess.

This is resolved, Charles said they will be releasing all the funds today.

They had to go through a investigation, and after that everything is fine.

I have to say the ball was dropped in the initial request to get information from me, but it has been rectified.
