I am looking specifically for a web designer in Australia. That is my clients' request as he is in Australia. I will give the clients information to whomever answers this post and can provide me with a portfolio to view and a suitable address of proof of residency in Australia.

Once you are provided with the clients info you will have to negotiate the work and price out between yourselves. I am just helping the client with the request.
