What are some good affiliate programs for me to advertise with? I am looking for a low startup cost (preferably none), and a low minimum depost (under $100), if one is required. I want a program that allows me to pay per sale, with a customizeable amount. Other payment options (per click, etc.) are optional, as long as I'm not required to use any that I don't want to. And do NOT mention FineClicks. I don't like them, for reasons I will not specify...
