Can anyone recommend a Canadian debit card provider, one with a mastercard or visa logo? I see there are plenty available in the US through western union, various `cash stores` and most banks etc etc.

However in Canada, the banks seem reluctant to offer visa/mastercard debit cards so they are pretty hard to find.

I don`t particularly care whether it is pre-paid, attached to a bank or whatever. It would be used for online purchasing.

Oh yeah, I realise paypal offer a debit card but at the moment one is not available for me!
