Have been waiting...and waiting...and waiting...for several of our domain names to propagate. It's well past the usual "propagation timeframe".

I've run a check on the DNS records for one of the domains, and receive the nasty error:

[domain name] has lame delegation to NS1.[hostname].net
and
[domain name] has lame delegation to NS2.[hostname].net

Can anyone help me out here? We are resellers using WHM/CPanel. Must we make changes in WHM's DNS zones?
