I'm having very strange problem, for which I can't find any logical answer. Shortly, problem is: domains hosted on resellerzoom, failed to resolve from some countries for specified time of day.

Yesterday I've purchased a domain from godaddy, elite-gallery.net. I've put in nameservers as it needed, everything works fine. BUT, today when I'm trying to reach it, there is no such domain. NSlookup fails from my country (Republic of Georgia). This is not my ISP issue, because I've asked people around whole world, to check how that domains work. The following can be observed:
Nslookup fails from lower part of european countries and asian countries too. For example, there are problems from turkey, greece, east russia (north seems to be fine), china, uae and some others. From USA everything is ok.

I've submitted support ticket, but they seem to have no idea for this.

I've tried also to host other domains from other registars, still the same.

This "lost of domain" usually begins at 0:00 CET and end at 12:00 CET.

Anyone has any ideas? I'm getting troubles from my customers, and they're right, seems like I should leave resellerzoom?

What is the ticket number where we said we didn't have any idea on this issue? The ticket I see on this was submitted earlier and there haven't been a response to it yet. Please advise.

When a Domain name is newly Registered it can take up to 7 days to propagate World-wide. Having your friends trying to reach it will help to speed up propagation.

Only a matter of time till it works for everyone.

This problem is not related to newly registered domains, it's applies to old domains, too. for example, www.saturdayshow.be

Thank you for clarifying. Your ticket was recently submitted so it will take time for us to respond. If our response to your issue was actually we have no idea I would have a problem with that. This will be looked into and you'll get a response from a level 3 tech.

I hope your website isn't being censored by the respective countries that you mentioned. In any case, it works fine here in the US.

lol, I don't think that it can be censored, because this applies to ALL domains I've tried to host on hostingzoom, and same domains open nicely here, being hosted with another hoster.
