Well basically we have a low limit of how many emails can be sent per hour through our Cpanel boxes.
So there are a few customers who have mailman lists with hundreds and in some cases thousands of users apparently.
We want to let all of them know that we will no longer support mailing lists with more than 200 users on them and to be able to recommend a dedicated mailing list service provider ie. one of those companies that lets you manage/operate a fully opt-in list from their web site for a small fee..
Or better yet a Windows opt-in mailing list program would be even better (I checked download.com but couldn't find anything that seemed half decent or recommended)
If anyone's been in the same situation and can recommend either windows software (we'll tell users to their their ISP's SMTP server of course) or a dedicated mailing list provider please do! Thanks!
