You might want to check out the offers section on WHT. After you find the host you think is best for your needs. Send them a few sales questions to see their response times. Also check for reviews on the company of choice either on WHT or hosting directories such as TopHosts, or TheWebHostDir you might find what you looking for for a great price, but you will have to for sure do your research on providers.
