get rid of the music.
Then you have WAY too much movement on the front page. Nothing to draw the eye to what you are offering because I was too busy seeing all the movement going on. I got totally lost in what you want me to see and still do not understand what you are offering. The signup for our newsletter pop up is way too soon I do not even understand what you are trying to sell me why do I want a newsletter about it. All I need from a customer point of view is more junk mail about something I know nothing about.
The font on your link buttons is too big they look crowded together over there like one big run on.
Tell you what send me and email telling me what it is you are trying to sell and how you envision it being sold to the customer and I will see if I can help you out by making a few suggestions.

Tried to view your site but your flash intro hung-up and crashed my browser...
Don't know if your site is any good, all I heard was some music and then nothing. You have to ask yourself, if someone is searching for business consulting (which I assume you do from your name) are they looking to waste their time with some music and a flash monument to your company OR are they looking for help for their company?
Just a thought...
