Can anyone from Incognito networks tell me why no one returns phone calls when leaving messages on their sales line? Also Elliot doesn't return emails when we ask questions about service...and now it looks as if their website is down (as well as ours since we have our hosting accounts with them.

Thanks for any info.

I can't reach the site either...

How long has it been down? Maybe it's just a server reboot

I don't know how long it's been down. I've just been frustrated with the lack of communication and the time it takes for them to answer support tickets. (Having email server problems and taking over 6 hours to answer a ticket is rough when you depend on email being up and running in order to do business.)

Maybe it's just me..but is 6 hours too long to answer a support ticket? And again..I've left voicemails on their sales line with no return calls..how do they add new customers if they won't answer the phone?

I've just been burned too many times (as have many others here) and worry when I can't get a hold of anyone at a company.

Thanks :)

It depends. Do they offer any uptime or support time guarantee?

Either way, it's back up for me now

It's back up for me now too. I just looked at your company website...if you have any offers for us to consider I would be happy to look since we are considering moving our sites. Feel free to contact me by e-mail at sdpintheup@gmail.com or let me know on here.

(Also..sorry if trying to conduct business like this is not allowed/proper on this forum..I'm new and learning the ropes.)

I'm sorry...but according to the rules I can't offer you anything.

It's up to you to contact sales.

I still can't reach it.

up_guy, WK-Anthony is right. If you're interested in his company's services, you need to contact his company's sales department.

Hello up_guy,

I am sorry to hear that your experience with Incognito Networks has been less than satisfying thus far. I can assure that I respond to every e-mail that I receive and stay with the issue until it has been completely resolved. Could you PM me the subject of an e-mail you sent and the address you sent it to and I'll verify that we've received it.

Our toll-free sales line had to be taken down for some time while we work out a new contract with our outsourcing partner for live telephone operators. The downtime you were experiencing above was generated from slightly problematic server reboot (new kernel configuration) downtime was approximately 14 minutes in all.

Hope to hear from you soon, thanks.

Maybe they're still very busy tunning things on their new server?

Right now the only websites that aren't online are those of resellers who have not yet followed the server move directions at http://www.incognitonetworks.com/servermove.php
