Just wanted to mention what a great time I had for 2 years with UnitedHosting.co.uk - never did I have any real issues with their services. However I outgrew their reseller hosting and got a dedicated server. 6 months after I leave them, I realise I am missing invoices for my accounts. One quick support ticket and they furnish me with the missing invoices :)

These guys go above and beyond - thoroughly recommended

I have been with UnitedHosting.uk (bronze plan )for 3 months and have to say that, I almost forgot who my host was. This is due to the fact that I haven’t had a need to contact them. Everything is running just perfect. They set me up very quickly and wished me good luck! Well, you don’t need luck as long as you are hosting with UnitedHosting.

I have been with United Hosting since september, and am contemplating leaving them due to cheaper hosting luring me away. UH even gzipped my sql database within minutes of asking, since I had trouble doing it myself.

On the other hand I was setting up shop on another server getting ready for the move, and ran into major problems with the new host. 5 days and 30 emails later the new host has said they will not dump the sql database onto their server that UH kindly gzipped for me. The sql file was even FTP'd by me up to their server, and they wont touch it! (Developmental ) they say.

This latest escapade has really got me thinking about the move away from UH. Matt/Simon and crew have always been there for me, and I dont even need to mention uptime 99.999 blah blah blah, because being a customer of theirs for 6 months you forget about the 99.999% blah blah blah.

UH was even smiling as I was trying to exit :)

Matt your company is truly one of the best in the business.
