Those details I have been trying for the past 48+ hours, with no response.

left various voice messages on the sales line and technical line, as well as many emails on the support address.

any other ideas?

living in Sydney makes it difficult to go and physically see them :(

well its hard to much BUT complain when you have slow uptake of technology, high expenses, making you resort to going OS, then when your OS server goes down you cant go and see anyone to fix it! aiyah!

ah well..... should just forget it all and go for a bushwalk.... go see some koalas or kangaroos, isnt that what we're good for? ;)
