My domain name is registered through an enom reseller. However, the reseller down now. I just manage my domain from access.enom.com. I would like to renew my domain but I do not know how. What is reseller or registrar who can renew my domain because I donot know how can I unlock my domain.

If you can't reach your reseller, you should contact the registrar to get the information you need in this situation.
A reseller is, roughly saying, an intermediary between you and the registrar where the latter is the one, that is primarily entitled to sell domain names.
