I am searching to good Windows hosting for mirror of my basic site.

My requirements are:
1. Reliability of hosting provider
2. Good and quick client support
3. ASP support
4. Non-expressive. Up to $10 a month.
5. 50MB
6. 5GB monthly traffic
7. Raw log files

Could you recommend such hosting provider?

Note that you're likely to get offers from the hosts who are members on forum, not suggestions, as you had asked. Hosts are a bit quick to jump on the commerical train of thought. Unfortunately, offers are better than no suggestions I suppose.

asp support / 5 gigs of traffic
tough one for sure

at $14. - $20. you should find one without problems
at $10. I think it will be hard.
