So sad.. And this is about the fourth time I have seen this rip..

Well I don't know whom the rip might be from. but I got to say that is a real nice design.

I paid attention to part of the design and I felt that I had to scroll it to see the plans better. I loved that involentary action stuff, because it leads to purchases.

I tried to click the legal button, but came up to a 404 page not found.

My hat is off to the true designer.

Trouble is.. What the heck are you gonna do? There's no doubt in this case that the Ghasedak people ripped off mediatemple, but its practically impossible to do anything about it, unless of course you're a million dollar company with laywers stacked in drawers on top of eachother. It really sucks.

It is usually like that. If they could create quality design, they would have never had the need to steal someone elses work. You can usually spot the graphics they have put in themselves.

MediaTemple always gets their site ripped off.

Jack, I disagree with you. a properly defined letter showing why you are correct in your alligation of copyright infringment should solve it. or at worst case a simple phone call to the web host. Also note, that when the proper (<-- key word )documents are presented about copyrighted works ( filed copyrighted works) to the host and upstream provider. They have only 2 choices presented. 1) take the text/image or whatever in question down and not be held in a liable situation 2) not do anything, and be subject to legal hassles and monetary damages.

so far this year I've only used this forum 1 time to show a copy of the site. I prefer 99% of the times i keep it between the host that copied my site and myself. Also most of the time it's not even the host fault, it's the designer. And a good host, presented with the facts will give you the designers name and number and resolve the issue with you.

They have a new design up now. I guess they either recieved lots of complaints and exposure, mediatemple got a hold of them or they frequent boards like this and noticed they were in the spotlight and wanted to get out.
