I have my site on a Cobalt Linux shared hosting plan with Nexpoint Technologies. First, they claim that the traffic numbers aren't being updated because they're moving to a new server which still is not completed. Now, my email account isn't accessible. If you try to get answers from cust service, it's like there's nobody there. Does anyone know what's going on there? Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, I'm new to this forum.
