I have my site on a Cobalt Linux shared hosting plan with Nexpoint Technologies. First, they claim that the traffic numbers aren't being updated because they're moving to a new server which still is not completed. Now, my email account isn't accessible. If you try to get answers from cust service, it's like there's nobody there. Does anyone know what's going on there? Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, I'm new to this forum.

Well.. on the 24th I (the old head unix admin) quit and pretty much everything started to crumble and then they had a series of bad events which theyhad no one to fix so they scrambled to find some joe unix guy to fix it after they discovered hey wow we really needed zak and can't do everything our selfs.
