I've been looking into using PayPal but I don't like the fee's they charge for accepting money/with drawing/taking credit cards. I have also been looking into 2CO which do look good but they charge 5.5% on each sale which for example if I sold a packge for £10 it wouldn't leave me with a lot. Plus if I get money wired to a UK bank they charge $5.00 per transfer.
Also how do 2CO confirm that your client services has been rendered?
I really do not who to use! I've looked through tons of thread on here and most are between 2CO and PayPal.

Well how much about per month do you do in volume? If its relativly low? Stay with Paypal until you get a decent ammount going. Most people have it, and recently they added the ability to accept credit cards with it. Its a decent solution for a smaller company.
There are going to be fees on your merchant activity no matter where you go. If you are processing decent numbers, then speak with anyone in the e-commerce forum, and they can point you in the right direction of a good merchant account processor.
