Hi,
We ordered the prosupport package for $65 on behalf of a client and since then have heard nothing regarding getting the licence. As you can see from this ticket that was opened im guessing to notify Propanelsystems to setup our account.

http://www.propanelsystems.com/support/index.php?cmd=track&_a=details&key=KLO-0167-134&accessid=5q6r4fvm

So we thought of if no one is replying we should be able to go to paypal and get a refund (because they give you the money back if the buyer doesnt reply within 7 days - seeing as he couldnt reply to a ticket in this I thought I was safe). And as from reading this forum it seems he has had some problems so isnt anywhere to be seen at the moment. Guess not because he replyed to the paypal dispute with no details (blank tracking info) and because of this paypal would not act on it so we are $65 out of pocket.

What is the best way you guys would go about trying to recover this money and this is blatent fraud.

Please help if you can :)

Kindest Regards
-Matt

Hi, sorry to repost.

But has anyone got any ideas. Were really stuck with how to go about dealing with this as paypal doesnt seem interested and the guy from prosystems is uncontactable (authough apparently not when its paypal contacting him)

I think a few people are in the same boat - there are some threads about this script/developer on these forums, do a search for them...

I have, I know that alot of people are not being able to get in touch and it seems he is no where to be seen.. But yes he is obviously replying to paypal when it comes to a complaint. So who knows why he couldnt have just setup our licence in the time it took to reply to paypal :(

Kind of the same boat here, we have been testing the system here for awhile, liked it and made it live. Well the other night we purchased it, now I am getting the INVALID LICENSE (CODE 409): License has expired. Yet I go into the members section on there site, it says everything is ok.

Don't know.

It annoying, as i wouldnt mind so much if he didnt reply to paypal and then I got the refund. Because I know hes had problems which is fair enough.

However to have to cheek to reply to paypal to void the claim means he is about and therefore he should be able to provide licences purchased.

I paid too then found this thread.. http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=197164&highlight=propanelsystems

So I am $65 out of pocket and waiting for an answer from 2CO. I'll let you know how I get on. I think even if he does provide a license, I'll look for something else!

Personally, I think Bart died or went to jail.

He has a lot of time invested in this product and it is really nice actually. It's hard to think that anyone would abandon a product with such potential as well as his own hosting company customers seem to be in the dark as well.

Hope he gets his issues figured out soon, and hopefully no bad luck found its way to his neck of the woods, which seems like the only logical explanation.
