What I'm looking for:
1) economical hosting to test MySQL scripts/sites
2) to be able to setup a webhosting site and sell a few accounts with as much ease as possible.
3) to be able to immediately host 2 websites I have designed for small businesses.
What are some pros and cons of budgehost.com and resellerzoom.com ?

Have you done a search for reviews on both of these companies? You can find out some good information on both providers I am sure, just by doing a search. Also send them both some sales questions, and see how quick their response times are. Contact them by phone, and see how you like the customer service they provide.

Both of those companies have quite a few reviews listed over on HostSearch.com, have you taken a look over there yet?

Would you mind linking me to these reviews? I took a look but couldn't find anything to do with either company..?
