I have a shared account with these guys and want to say how good they are.

They show a level of professionalism and commitment that I have not seen in a host before (except myself ;) jk.

I receive an email everytime they predict any amount of downtime and they are clear and honest. Recently they sent me an email saying about Snitz forums being hacked by someone from Turkey. I also had a new email saying that Can had downloaded my database and changed the password (since the hackers changed it) and gave me a new password.

Now this really did it for me, Not all that many hosts will go to that extent to keep you happy.

It's nice to see a change in scenery when someone doesn't try to flame a web host. From what I hear they went above and beyond their standard service and it's nice to see the appreciation from a customer.
