Are these servers from FDC?

Depending on availablity, your server will be located in CA, IL, NY or FL. Our Illinois location is provided by FDC bandwidth. So, to answer your question -- The servers can come from FDC bandwidth, however it is not guaranteed they will be in any specific of the above locations.
