Howdy,
I've got a quandry on a domain name, http://www.wayoutwesttours.com

The name was originally registered through Network Solutions a few years back when my husband was putting together his tour company. The admin was setup with an email address that no longer works, and I've been unsuccessful in getting Network Solutions to update the information over the past year. I've faxed all the required documents several times, but it still reflects the bad information.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this domain transferred out and get the admin information corrected. I've been hosting this domain through NetNation for the past several years and I feel quite chained to them (even though they do an okay job compared to many providers). I'd like to be able to entertain various options.

I am currently on a RaQ2 with about 30 accounts - most small. I'd like to have other options when I out grow this server or feel ready to move to greener pastures.

thanks for the help.

I had to fax my information twice to
:uzi: Netw:angry:rk S:angry:luti:angry:ns
before my contact information was updated. You just have to be persistent and get the customer support person's name. Be sure to include your NIC tracking number also on the fax.

Good Luck!

It's most often easier to transfer the domain to a different registrar.
I've helped several clients battle the evil NetSol.
But, the easiest way, is to just transfer your domain.
Although, they seem to make that difficult too.
Good Luck.
