How do I transfer my 2CO mechant account to PSI Gate mechant account? What is it involved without going back to the customer to fill the information again?

Welcome to the forums hdkevin!

Chances are you do not have your client's personal credit card information. You will need to email your clients and ask them to go to your new billing page and ask them to enter their information. 2CO has that information and it belongs to them since they were the ones charging the clients.

I know some customers are hate to fill the forms again. I guess, there is no choice since then.

Unfortunately, Corey is correct. You will have to get your clients to re-submit their credit card details. If you make it really easy for them, most people won't even think twice about it. If you maybe offer 15% off for the month for updating their details, everyone will be happy to do it :)
