Yes Game Server Reselling does exist, it works a little different then that of Webhosting Reselling. Most of the time you can get them at discounted rates much like that of Dedicated Servers. A few examples would be http://www.funservers.com or I have also seen a reseller at http://www.151hosting.com

You'd have to read more about these to find out if they have locations or any other restrictions.

Most gaming hosts will have a reseller program even if not *official*. Try emailing some of them :)
