What about offering your customers that have their server down all night for 6+ hours without support and information better service before looking for even more customers and promising the non-existant support? :mad:

John-Kevin, thanks - we appreciate your kind words. We do, however, take complete reponsibility for our service.

Anton - if you are in fact a customer of ours (couldn't find anyone in our records named 'Anton'), you will have received an Email explaining how our server was hacked last night. It has since been brought back up - all clients were informed as to what happened, when it was restored, and that they have been issued a credit for the current month (without having to ask). I'd say we informed everyone as best as we could under the circumstances. I doubt you'd find too many hosts that would voluntarily refund every one of their customers payments without being asked, simply to 'do the right thing' by our clients.

Mods: please close this thread, due to the hack we experienced, we are not accepting new clients currently, while we sort out the situation with our server.
