A hosting customer of mine asked me about setting up a online bank website for her local bank and I did not know much of what to tell her except that I can install a cert for her.. I am not sure what excatly this involves but I am looking for some info I know there used to be a site that people could bid on programmers and so on. Anyone have any clues?

when you mention a web site for a local bank does this mean they want it fully commerced so that users can check balance details / transfer monies etc ? or just a simple website?
