I am about to enbarg on the journey to design the website for my sister company, BigRiver Hosting! I would just like for people to give me some advice/input on things to incorporate into the design, keeping the name in mind.

Don't be a sheep and go for the same style as every other hosting company. Keep a simple clear design, and don't overload the page with annoying flash or heavy graphics.

Is BigRiver going to have a regional customer base or more of a virtual presence? Do you expect to make most of your business from walk on sign-ups?

If you are looking for mainly walk up business, then I would go with a simple design that focuses on product selection, price and availability.
