I was wondering if anyone has a Basic Perl Forum available?

All I need is a basic flat-file forum that does the following:

- Uses HTML forms
- Register
- Login/Logout
- Post New Thread
- Post Reply
- Forum status (users logged in etc)

The forum MUST NOT be available on any script resource sites. One that was custom written (or if you can write one) would be preferred.

I need this by the 8th May at the latest and am willing to give a FREE copy of phpManager Full (or a refund if you already have it) in exchange.
