I need web cart and CC processor for online pharmacy. I've found www.instantestore.com , which looks great and has all the features I need, but their TOS doesn't allow any pharmaceutical to be sold. Does anyone knows of similar solution that accepts pharmacies?
Last solution is geting some European host and installing Zen Cart with it, I know how to do it but i prefer not to worry about cart, updates etc. Plus instantestore offers templates, more features and is easier to work with than Zen cart.

I also need a CC processor for the above.

Any recomendations?

Found few potential processors, still thinkering on cart...guess my best option is zen cart. whatever happens i have everything with me in standard data format unlike those shop carts where they store everything in their own data format

Shopping cart is not what you should worry about IMHO. AFAIK more and more individual shipments get stuck at US customs and are sent back due to "misbranding" possed by FDA. This would cause refunds to your customers even before you will receive money (if you receive them at all) from your "offshore merchant account provider".

I would be very carefull about going into online pharmacy biz right now unless you are getting some very good quality drugs from accredited manufacturer.

Again thanks for advice and concern. This company has been in business for over a year. We don't sell usuall range of drugs, we're focused on some rare European non-controlled drugs, our complete list is 15 drugs total and we have no plans to offer more. We mail several hundred packages to US monthly and never had any problem with customs. Not even one seizure. All we get is praise on quality and speed of our service. More than 90% of our business is drop shipping for US companies but we want to get started with our own site and Western union is not very convenient payment method.

Forgot to mention. Even if for some reason we never start accepting cards, we still need good cart as we're geting more and more orders from end customers wanting to pay by WU or wire transfer.

He used a custom shopping cart so I'm no help on that but my buddies pharmacy biz processes through a merchant account. I can give you contact info to who set his if you are interested.
