looking for a simple script. its been done before and stuff please POST REPLY BELOW if you are interested DO NOT SEND ME A PM or contact me in any other way.

I have been busy lately with projects and i am in need of a script which basically is for the company i am working with. I am currently installing their security system and networking their network and basically i talked to them about buying and making a website to sell their products instead of just selling it in the store location. I need a script that would work like OS Commerce. but would have a cleaner edge with no ads. This script MUST NOT BE encoded in any method. I wish to help him set this up before my project is over by next saturday.

If you have any experience of know what to do on this script please post reply below. Some basic features he wants is listed below. I will pay you thru a) paypal or b) personal check (my paypal is business verified).

Requirements:
- Paypal / Creditcard / Check / Money order payable
- Categories / Sub categories / pictures per product
- something like amazon which would show "similiar items" at check out
- administration panel which controls everything
- user panel (shipping orders and info)
- order status and more
- tracking numbers
- different shipping methods presettable by the admin
- Taxes
- Coupons
- easy templates
- quick user search by name and other stuff via administrator panel
- and so on. if i need stuff later i will add on to this list

PS: A contract will be either faxed or mailed to you to verify that you will not resell or distribute the product after i order from you. Once buying from you i will be sole owner of the script and you are not to resell it.

i will choose by sunday 2-19-06 11:59PM EST who i will choose to do this project if anyone is interested. update - i forgot to state MYSQL is the required database for this and will be used in a Linux server.

Use something like osCommerce, very simple and very customizable.
Bonus - its free
