You may wish to post what you are willing to give in return for their services (ie: money, hosting, ect). Once you clear that up, you may find a few people willing to help you out a bit :).

Thanks for the input. I could offer cash or hosting. The hosting would be 1 domain, 1gb space, and 10gb of bandwidth per month for 1 year. Cash will vary depending on the quality of the designs.
