The PHP version will be out in 3 more weeks with more enhancement and the WYSIWYG Editor works in Netscape and Linux because it uses java

And yes, the contest winner is also entitle for the PHP version of course, so design 1 wallpaper or logo, and u can win :) so far only 1 contestant is in this contest

the minimum size is 800X600
you can create up to 5 wallpaper or logo to upload and to be judge

PHP version of NePublish packed with more new features including WYSIWYG Editor that works in Linux, MAC, and Windows.

With more features system and better way to integrate to vbulletin and other board with simple hacks.

Winner will get both edition but allowed to be run on 1 Domain only.
