View Full Version : Name change?

I was wondering,
I wish to change this account name to 'Real-Hosts' if possible? I don't know whether it's possible, or allowed to be done. I see I cant change the display name or anything myself.

Why?
Well.. That's the company I'm in with two other guys. (Can provide credentials that I am actually am part of it, and not trying to fake a name) and wish to simply change the account name, so it would speak of us as a company, rather than my personal handle...

Why not create another account?
Because then I would have more than one account (not allowed?) and because I've already made a significant number of posts, and already established a presence in the forums (and afterall, did help Vito clear his trojan out..)

Yes? No? Banned? (hopefully not the latter)

Where it says "Home > Knowledgebase > Can I change my member name?", click on Home, it will bring you to the main page of the Support Helpdesk.
Edit: whoops, Sparky beat me to it. :-)

After you submit it, it asks you to view their knowledgebase, and there is a link on the bottom that says something along the lines of "It's not here, submit my ticket". Make sure you click that or your ticket will never go through :) I've messed up a few times :P

I changed my nickname :)
I was surprised that 'innovation' wasn't taken, when hosting is all about it

The last thing we need around here is directions. Directions are for old people. :D
