Advertising could help.
If your budget host, post on the WHT advertising space... Some people may try you out to see your worth... Making sure you get yourself some monitoring, and so you can show people uptime stats etc which people won't call inaccurate or fake.

Local businesses,
Friends. Family.. etc. Be self motivated. customers wont turn up on your doorstep.

Try reading some of the tutorials in the tutorial section.

Start visiting relevant forums, add signature, get listed in hosting directories/ search engine and find cost effective advertising method to target your niche local market to reach your customers.
