Why are you selling?

Well I'm not sure this site is worth $140.... It's one of these pre-made sites ("10-minutes-sites") sold my dotcombuilder, http://www.dotcombuilder.com

I am selling 'cause I do not have time to control the sites now. Need to clear out everything ASAP!

champmac: it's still a hell of effort to customize the "blue" interface.
