There is no restriction of the content you provide so yes adult content is allowed.

And currently I am not able to provide you an IP to ping as the servers will be connected only after you've ordered. The reason is that this is a new line of servers for us, wich is being setup one by one at the moment.

How much is Cpanel? Have you any servers with HT? Dual cores?

Currently we have no dealing with cpanel so cannot offer at the moment for this server line.
