Essential Skills :

* Linux basic ( You must know about the OS)
* Web Host Manager and Cpanel at an admin Level
* Has very good customer service skills being polite, understanding and always helpful to any customer.
* Must have used ICQ / MSN Messanger / Forum / perlDesk.

This is an excellent oppotunity to get good experience while working from home.. You will be needed approximatly two hours a day on average.
