I have never heard of them myself but their "TOS" appears to be much less restrictive than most out there.

They seem to have only 5 staff members - but they claim to have a 100% Uptime, although that doesn't appear to be guaranteed.

i don't think 100% uptime is possible. and their pricing is very low compared to other reseller hosts...is this a case of "too good to be true"?

It may well be - but then it could be a company not interested in making huge profits.

Although, 9 times out of 10, when it looks too good to be true, it generally is.

Make sure they have a money-back policy, so if you sign up and things are not what you expected - you can pull the account and get a refund.

Just checked out their site again and it appears that their servers are all located in the US - if you are wanting to host a primarily UK/European site then I wouldn't recommend using US Servers because of the speed issue which can occur.

Yes i am afraid our servers are in the US. It would be impressive for a UK host to offer those deals :). We have a 15 day money back guarantee. As we are a small company our reputation and customer satisfaction is more important than making huge amounts of money. If you have any questions or doubts please contact us, or pm me.

Many thanks

Coldmedia - You do realise that by not providing any sort of contact details on your site you are breaking the law? You might just scrap by if they are somewhere in your order form before the client hands over their money, but you'd still be pushing your luck.

Sorry, we are still upgrading some parts of the site. We are an honest company, if we have offended you we are sorry :(. We needed to get the site up ASAP becuase of the clients we have now that needed to sign up at the time.

Also nice colo fees! My local colo charges huge amounts!

In reply to earlier posts, we don't guarantee to have 100% uptime, that was just the current statistic. This had been made clearer on the site now.
