WHA team (HELM developers) promised to release the Helm 4 Beta 2 on 14th February 2006.

Today is 15th February 2006.

Does anybody have this beta?

Or HELM developers just continue to play their irresponsible game? (They promised to create HELM4 3 years ago, then 2 years ago, then 3 months later, then again and again, and again.)

We released a pre-beta to our Star Group on 14th February as we'd promised them we'd do. If you are a member of the group then you'd have received the beta.

If your trying to get hold of the beta then you have no chance:

a) Anybody that has it is under NDA; and showing/giving it to you would break that agreement.

b) Helm 4 Beta would only work for those who have been given official access to it - you need licence keys to make it work.

c) The star group is a closed group (AFAIK).

I think I am able to confirm (since Mark has done above) that Helm 4 Beta 2 was released as announced.

Yes, this is a public forum, and I post true info here. And I can prove.

And it is true. And you also know this! And Mark Hall have read my post here and he did not say "It is wrong, we did not promise." etc.

Finally WHA removed HELM4 release date from their web site. Because it is better than changing of it each quarter again and again and saying "Oh, sorry..."

I am not disputing the Helm 4 release dates.

What I am saying is you have publicly posted that Mark Hall lies.

He may not have been telling any lies. At the time the release dates may have been accurate. Therefore stating that someone lies in the instance you have is verging on libelous and could land you in court.
