People seem to respect PowerVPS.
I am looking at their reseller package. (Price is reasonable to me)
BUT, the site is 2 years old, right? (I looked up whois)
I need some kind of assurance to know if they are a solid company.

Are they really a 2 yrs old company? or are they a branch of another reputable company?

I want to know why people respect this 2 yrs old company.
I am very interest in their Linux reseller service.

Companies as young as two years old can still provide excellent service, a good portion of the hosting companies here are less than 2 years old. The customer reviews they have speak for themselves:

I guess I worry too much.

I'm thinking they are good because they are 2 yrs old.
I worry that they might be getting ready to show their true color pretty soon.
Perhaps the company is not setup to pull through long run.

I sure like what I see on their website, though.
