Hi,

I'm looking for the rights to online games and puzzles
(similar those offeered by web-sites such as freearcade.com
for example), that I can purchase "ownership" rights to, so
that I can essentially do whatever I want with them, sell
them to others to use on their web-sites, etc...

Anybody know of a resource or provide that offers
games with "resale rights"?

Checkout http://www.miniclip.com/customgames.php. I don't know if they give resale rights, but it's worth asking them!
