The new owner of the server will be required to pay DediCentral a transfer fee of $25.00 to cover our costs involved with billing transfers, new account verification, and an OS reload. Upon confirmation of transfer details and payment and acceptance of Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy by both parties, the server will be transferred within 24 hours. The new owner must then submit an OS reload request on our helpdesk which will be done at no additional cost. The new owner may specify their choice of Fedora Core or CentOS operating systems. Other operating systems are not compatible with cPanel. The control panel on this server may not be changed with another control panel until after the server is transferred. Please contact the billing department PRIOR TO requesting an OS reload to change the control panel. You will be responsible for any fees associated with changing the control panel.
