Alll sites are very slow on server. You can see what I mean by using the example site of CaLandSales.com

That ping time is not too bad.

Are you saying that the ping is bad or that sites load slowly?

Ditto.

What is your server load? Is a far more important question.
At the command line type "top" and print the output below. You may have some run-away processes or high MySQL usage etc.

Also what is the Server Hardware Spec?
