Hi,
We are regularly asked about whether we provide broadband services or not by our customers. We would like to start offering this, and effectively need a transparent broadband reseller we can sell the services for.
We do not want to handle broadband support or billing, and would prefer to be paid direct from the company we resell for.
Can anyone recommend a good company?

SPURI Limited used to sell that, but I don't think they're around anymore. I am looking for one in the USA as well.

If your UK,
Run with BT (but them doing the support/billing with add up, and probably be an invoice, not rebate!) so I'd go with CT (ChristianTechnology from Wyre Forest) which run a pretty damn good network.

I looked at this last year, didn't find anyone we could resell from effectively or reliably, BTs start up costs make it difficult to get a good ROI in three years!!
Other suppliers we found just seemed unreliable
good luck if you go ahead

Ah! fasthosts - I looked into them a while ago but their prices meant it wasn't worth the bother.
Their 512kb speed (trade price) costs as much as I pay now for 2mb (retail cost)
It's only worthwhile if you can get businesses to sign up. No consumer will pay £25/£40 for 2megs when they can get the same from Tiscali or one of the other big guys for £15 and they have huge marketing campaigns behind them.
Also a brief mention of fasthosts account charge from their site. £50 per month or £500 per year.
There goes whatever profit you did manage to make. :wavey:
BTW it's pretty much the same wherever you look for now. So much for BT/the regulator opening up the market. :)

£25/month for unlimited 2Mbit is not expensive. BT charge £29.99 (or somewhere around that) and have one of the highest customer figures.
If you check out your £15 connection from Tiscali there is probably a 3GB download limit or something similar.
