I just started checking this board as I am having DNS blues with RegFly. It won't let me add A/MX secondary records with a priority of 50....

Anyhow, I tried calling them after 2 days and phone system is $ch1ets. I will be in the hold queue from anywhere from 5-20 minutes and calls just DROP. I've made at least 6-8 calls in those 2 days.

Are they running all the DNS and registrations, etc on their backend ? Are they still *migrating*.

I may just give Namecheap and shot and if things work out, transfers all the way.

You might try to check their site. On the help page they have a notice.

On a side note I have A records and MX records active on a number of .info names I registered within the past month and they work so maybe something you are not doing something properly.
