I need a designer to be on hand all the time -- I need them to be fairly inexpensive, around like $50-$60 for two page coded template, etc.

I need them to know PHP and HTML very well.

Must have AIM or MSN.

I'd like to be able to contact you whenever I need something, especially if it's an emergency and be able to have you do something on the spot.
